Just got my order, the delivery person was a total asshole! If you don't want to do the job move on ! I will never, never order from them again. And I will encourage my family and friends to boycott as well. Too bad gold bowl, I really enjoyed your food. Too bad one bad experience can loose you one customer, but potentially several.

I don’t want to sound awful but sometimes I get a great take out .. The last couple of times the spareribs have barely any meat on them in the courier yet has barely any sauce and it doesn’t taste like hurry. I’m sad to say that I probably will not be ordering from you anytime soon.

My husband and I usually go here to relax and spend time cuz it's quiet and nice but tonight (2-28-18) was different when we got there. We walked in and a couple was waiting to pick up there food and we stood there for 10 mins and noticed the front counter lady was serving a lady that was seated with her son, we saw the Please Wait to be seated sign so we decided to sit down in the waiting area that had about 4 chairs. We'll needless to say she passed us about 14 times and still said nothing, like for here or for pick up.. Nothing... Well a couple came in after 20 mins of us waiting to be seated and as soon as they walked in she grabbed menu's
And asked them for here and walked them to a table. So my husband and I stood up upset and in shock of the being disrespected. I literally cried from having a horrible day, I just wanted to sit down and eat with my husband at our favorite place at the time but nope. The food is excellent but that's the most pooriest sucky service I have ever seen or experienced. Shame on that front counter lady. You DNT know how a persons day is or there life is and you just made it worse, like we are trash. Thanks

Just moved to leminster had a place down the street was nasty .tried this place and it taste just like hims chinese mmmm delicious ..even the girl at the front desk was awesome

haven't ordered from here in years. But, found out they deliver to Sterling so I gave them another try.
I wish I hadn't. Food is still awful. Boneless ribs were very fatty but the meat was dried out. Crab Rangoon was too sweet and I couldn't find any crab meat. pork fried rice had sometrhing cold a slimey at bottom like unmelted gelatin. Never again. I'll stick with Hong Kong Island in Worcester.

I love their food, all of it is great. I have only one issue, I have ordered the plain brown fried rice but they always give me white rice. It's disappointing. The rest is good!

Calamari is rubbery. Fried rice has too much soy sauce. Egg rolls are oily. Dumpling wraps are too thick. Scallion pancakes are overfried (too hard). Singapore rice noodles is the best.

I have always praised your business and told everyone I know that this is the best place. But after the order, which was so messed up, the other night (Friday) and so bad, I didn'y even receive half of what I orderd and the egg rollsl were so bad (salty, and I love salt) I had to throw them away. This was the first time I have ever had a bad experience from this place but as much as I have always loved it I am really disapointed. Steve

This has become my favorite restaurant for multiple reasons. 1) The drive-through window is a GREAT idea for ordering food. 2) Eating in is ALWAYS a pleasant experience. 3) The staff are genuinely very nice people where kindness isn't just part of the job. 4) The quality of the food has never faltered. My first time there I was super impressed by how WELL made everything was. After eating here probably around 50 times since, the quality is still comparable. For some reason, I had expectations that most restaurants will slack off once they settle in and get enough business going. 5) They are very quick, and very organized. Everyone there has a job to do, and you're never left wondering who is going to serve you where. They are attentive to their customers. Really, since I started going here, I haven't been to another restaurant for Chinese food. There's just no going back to the other fast-food takeout types of chinese.I've tried everything on the menu. Have not been disappointed with a single thing.Really, keep up the fantastic work, everyone! :)

Tried the Fitchburg location for the 1st time on 1/30/2012 using take-out. The shrimp w/vegetables and white rice was terrific! Service was nice too. Will probably order food for Super Bowl Sunday from Gold Bowl. Thank you. Customer in Ashby, MA

Love this new location and we've made it our new place for Chinese! Staff is helpful and kind, food is delicious and always fresh! Never tastes like it's been hanging around for hours.. and the crab rangoon is the best i've had in a long time!!

Great food, great service, great people... delivery service to Ashby (so great as no one else will), You can even call in and pick it up at a drive-thru window. I have called in an order while on my way home and just drive-thru to pick it up and go. Delivery service is always prompt and friendly and Substitutions not a hastle (a little xtra charge, but worth it) Can't say enough good stuff.... Love Gold Bowl!

My husband and I are huge fans of Gold Bowl and last night we introduced my parents to the food at this restaurant. Gold Bowl now has two more fans! We had no idea that there is a new location in Fitchburg and we are eager to try it out. Thanks for creating such delicious dishes for us!

I haven been to the Fitchburg location a couple times now, and I must say I am thrilled! The first thing that comes to mind is, this is the closest I have found to the old Dan Chan's that was located on John Fitch! The food was hot, frest and tasted great! The crab rangoon are the best around! The rice is moist and flavorful, and doesn't taste like it has been sitting around waiting to be ordered. The Pu-Pu platter is GREAT! A little bit of everything and all of it is cooked to perfection! These people really know what they are doing :)My mouth is salivationg now, thin I;m going to order dinner now! LOL

My husband and I went into the new location in Fitchburg, on the day they opened, first ones to order a luncheon meal. The people were extremely friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. The food was one of the best I have had in this area. Keep up the great service and people will continue going there. Good luck on the new location.
